Youth Development Academy (YDA)
A player's first introduction to competitive soccer, for those showing the ability and desire to advance.
Overview
- A 10-month program built for player development ahead of the older Classic soccer levels.
- The step up from recreational play — a higher commitment level with annual evaluations determining selection and advancement.
- Emphasis on individual skill development through a high volume of touches on the ball, small-sided tactical training, and a "learn while having fun" approach.
Training & games
- 7U–8U: 2 practices/week (fall & spring) — one technical, one team-based. Games are 4v4 or 5v5, mostly in-house, typically Sunday afternoons.

- 10U Elite: 3 practices/week (fall & spring), 2 practices/week in winter. Games are 7v7 or 9v9, some Saturdays, 1–2 tournaments per season.
- All levels: weekly group sessions in summer/winter combining individual development with small-sided games.
